I am all about creating dishes that are packed full of fresh flavor but are lacking all the preservatives, fat and calories that bother my stomach and weigh me down. Fresh Fish Tacos

Any time I feel like I need to have a light healthy meal yet I don’t want to give up any flavor I learned fish tacos satisfies my craving every time. It’s delicious but doesn’t leave me with bloated guilty feeling that you get after gorging in a fat laden feast. Fish tacos are surprisingly versatile because of the different fishes there are out there to choose from. If you want a meatier style taco salmon is a perfect chose or a white fish is good because it’s like a blank canvass for many different flavor profiles.

Thai Turkey Larb

This is a personally favorite to  make and order out. It has all of my favorite flavors, like cilantro, lime, and little sweetness, fresh and bright. Plus its fun to eat! You can make it with any ground meat but when looking for a leaner option swap out the beef for ground turkey.
